Products, pricing and checkout

Product dimensions, materials, assembly requirements and included items are shown in each product description. Contact us before ordering if a detail is unclear. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Product pricing and availability are checked against our Shopify store. If they cannot be verified, please contact us before purchasing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using your delivery details; review the final total before paying.

Payment is completed through Shopify checkout using the methods available there. Discount eligibility and any restrictions are confirmed at checkout.

For cancellation or order-change requests, contact us as soon as possible. Ask customer service to confirm whether the request can be accommodated; do not assume an order has been changed until you receive confirmation.
