Returns & Warranty Policy

We accept returns for defective or faulty products only, within 30 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted — please double-check sizing, colours and selections before completing your purchase.

A defective item may be returned if:

• The item has a manufacturing fault or defect
• You provide proof of purchase
• You provide clear photos of the product and the defect so our team can assess and approve the return

To start a defective return, please contact our support team with your order details.

We do not accept exchanges. If your item is defective, we'll resolve it under warranty with replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund where applicable.

All products are covered by a 1–3 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults
• Defective parts or workmanship

It does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper use
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly or modifications

To lodge a warranty claim:

• Contact our support team with your order number
• Provide a detailed description of the issue
• Submit clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

• Replacement parts
• Product replacement
• Refund where applicable

• Return shipping is covered by us for approved defective or faulty items
• Approved returns must be sent back using a trackable shipping method

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
