Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, Melbourne) are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched. Our warehouse fulfils orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details within 24–48 hours via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, postcode, and Australia Post delivery schedules.

Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch, to all destinations across Australia. Parcels are shipped Monday to Friday.

Combining handling and transit time, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed (orders placed before the 2:00 PM AEST cut-off).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, delivery location, and Australia Post rates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather events, or delays within Australia Post's network.
